Registration
Question: I have registered as a presenter. Do I also need to register as a participant?
Answer: Presenters are encouraged to register as participants for ICCSCP 2024 to receive certificates both as presenters and participants.
Question: Can I make a payment in advance as a participant but prolonged submitting the registration form because I haven’t completed my abstract or my video presentation yet?
Answer: It is adivisable to fill the registration form if you already make any payment to ICCSCP. You can submit your abstract draft and providing link of your video presentation platform in registration form.
Presentation and Attendance
Question: Can the conference be attended in person?
Answer: The ICCSCP 2024 conference is held online, and the ICCSCP committee does not facilitate poster presentations or offline attendance.
Question: How do I submit my presentation video?
Answer: You can submit your 10 minutes presentation video providing a link to google drive or other designated platform such as youtube that can be accessed by the ICCSCP 2024 organisers. Otherwise you can submit the video by sending it by email to icccscp@phar.unand.ac.id. It is preferable you submit the video link in advance in your registration form although you are going to revised it later. For more information about the video, you can contact the conference organiser.
Publishing Paper
Question: Will every article presented at the conference be published in journal partner?
Answer: The decision to publish presented articles is the responsibility of the reviewers and the guest chief editor of each respective journal partners. The committee will facilitate the prompt processing of all presented articles by the designated partner journals. All speakers/presenters will receive an abstract book as proof of participation
Question: Is the article publishing fee included in the registration fee?
Answer: No, the article publishing fee is separate from the registration fee. The publishing fee depends on the target journal, and the amount to be paid will be confirmed directly with the corresponding author.
Question: Can articles that are not presented at ICCSCP 2024 be registered for publication in partner journals?
Answer: Articles that are presented at ICCSCP will be processed to special issues in journal partner. Articles that not presented at ICCSCP 2024 is not eligible for this special issues.
Question: Do authors need to submit their articles themselves on the partner journal’s website?
Answer: No, authors are not responsible for submitting their articles directly on the partner journal’s website as the ICCSCP committee are going to proceed the article according to the journal’s agreement with the committee.
